Shipping policy

  • Delivery zones
    We are delivering to the EU countries only. The shipping will be made from Sweden.
    Customers in countries outside EU may contact us and ask for a special delivery to their location. We may or may not accept such a special arrangement.
  • Value added tax (VAT)
    VAT is included in the product prices. 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business working days. Custom or personalized items may take longer, with estimated processing times specified on the product page.

  • Shipping Costs: Orders are shipped from Sweden. Currently, we are offering standard shipping only. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on delivery address and total weight of the shipment.

  • Estimated Shipping Time:

    • Standard Shipping:
      Typically 1–7 business days throughout EU.
      Typically 1-5 business days for countries closer to Sweden.
      Typically 1-2 business days within Sweden.

      Note: Shipping times may vary based on destination, customs, and other factors.

  • Tracking: We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

  • Customs and Import Fees: Within EU, 25% VAT is used. For customers outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery.
